. TQL is the only transportation company on the list, placing 59 of 100 in its seventh year of earning the prestigious ranking.
Millennials are grouped as those born between 1980 and 1995. More than 5,550 millennials, or 52.1% of all employees, form TQL’s workforce.
Great Place to Work measured the differences in over 413,000 millennials’ survey responses to those of other generations taken from America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study of over 1 million employee survey responses and data from companies that represent more than 6.1 million U.S. employees. In that survey,
91% of TQL’s employees said TQL is a great place to work. This number is 57% higher than the average U.S. company.
